Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and stay updated on legislative and industry changes.
- Lead and supervise HR department operations and staff.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain HR documentation.
- Administer compensation, payroll, benefits programs, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns : PF, ESIC, PT, and related HR compliance activities.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring strong cross-department collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Hands-on experience in recruitment, training, payroll, and HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and statutory filings.Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.Experience with HRM software and strong problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated leadership, conflict-resolution skills, and ability to build healthy workplace relationships.Education
