Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Payroll Management :
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Validate attendance and leave data before salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
2. Statutory Compliance :
Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS deductions and submissions.Handle employee registrations and deactivations in ESIC and PF portals.Prepare and submit monthly challans and returns on time.Assist in statutory audits and maintain required compliance reports.3. Attendance and Leave Management :
Maintain daily attendance and leave records for all departments.Coordinate with HR Admin and Time Office for attendance accuracy.Handle leave encashment and adjustments in payroll.4. Reporting & Documentation :
Generate monthly payroll MIS reports and cost summaries.Support HR & Finance teams with required payroll data.Maintain employee master data in HRMS software.5. Coordination & Support :
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Admin teams for payroll-related queries.Resolve employee concerns related to salary, deductions, or benefits.Continuously update knowledge on payroll systems and statutory changes.Key Skills Required :
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).Excellent command over MS Excel, Word, and payroll software.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Good communication and analytical skills.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Skills Required
