Senior Officer Production

About this Position : This position is responsible for operating machinery and supporting overall production management to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

What you´ll do :

• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures and work instructions.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor product quality during production and identify, segregate, or rework defective items as required.
• Maintain accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all production activities.
