Job Description :
In charge for Quality control and assurance of Cheese.
What you'll do :
- Oversee the testing done by the subordinates as per the SOPs and ensure accuracy of testing and reporting.
- Release of products for market on basis of specifications / customer requirement.
- Ensure preparation of various customer documentation & reports, Consumer complaint analysis and redresses, and
- handling of market returns, Rejections etc.
- To check & maintain the record properly & to verify the testing of the on line products
- Handle Statutory & Customer audits, documentation in coordination with Systems Team. Comply with the
- requirements of Food Safety Management Systems, 5S, GLP activities.
- Active liasoning with production dept. regarding feedback about product quality on day to day basis.
- Reply to customer complaints, weekly complaint responses and various reports etc
- Sensory evaluation of manufactured products, shelf-life samples and new developing products with team.
What you need to succeed :
Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy science, Dairy Microbiology, Food Technology8+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or ProductionProven leadership experience in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to make good business decisions quicklyExcellent analytical SkillsExcellent Communication (Verbal & Written)Skills Required
