Position Title : Sales Manager - Private HireLocation : HyderabadReports to : Head of Sales - Private HirePosition Overview : The Sales Manager - Private Hire is responsible for driving event bookings and optimizing revenue from the club’s meeting and banquet spaces. This role blends sales, client servicing, and F&B coordination to deliver smooth, memorable events. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales mindset, understands the nuances of luxury hospitality, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities : Sales & Client ServicingDrive catering and private event sales for meetings, celebrations, and large-format gatheringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, planners, and agenciesUnderstand client needs and tailor event proposals and experiences accordinglyProvide end-to-end support across the event lifecycle : enquiry, site visits, proposal, contract, planning, and executionRevenue & StrategyOptimize yields for meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and private hire venuesWork with the Events, F&B, and Finance teams to create competitive packagesTrack sales metrics and share regular updates with the General ManagerIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive bookingsEvent Coordination & Service ExcellenceOversee on-ground execution of key events to ensure delivery as promisedCollaborate closely with the Events, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teamsEnsure all client expectations are met (or exceeded), resolving concerns as neededStay updated on trends in the events and catering space to keep offerings fresh and competitiveSkills & Qualifications : 4–6 years of experience in event sales, catering, or hospitality salesProven track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering premium client experiencesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a calm and solution-focused approachBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in luxury hotels, clubs, or event venues preferredNote : This role is based on-site and may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays based on event schedules and client requirements.
