Role Overview :

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of our café and central kitchen spaces. From plumbing and electrical systems to equipment checks and general repairs, you&aposll be the go-to person for ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of all café equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Perform or supervise repairs related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, service schedules, and maintenance inventory.
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met.
