Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare CAPEX plans for both projects and regular maintenance and submit them for approval.
- Communicate with vendors, operations, and engineering personnel regarding equipment specifications and purchases.
- Prepare the annual budget for equipment expenditures and contract services; monitor expenses throughout the year and provide recommendations to management.
- Participate in designing and developing future production capacities by attending design meetings, coordinating with R&D on product changes and improvements, and updating maintenance operations procedures and schedules.
- Set and monitor line efficiencies, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure performance evaluations are conducted for technical staff.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure teams meet all scope and quality requirements by executing work according to contracts and specifications.
