Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to clients.
- Respond to RFIs / RFPs by preparing technical documentation, compliance sheets, and BOQs.
- Conduct product trials, proof of concepts, and ensure smooth technical discussions with Client
- Coordinate with internal product and R&D; teams for customized solutions as per customer requirements.
- Stay updated product portfolio, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets through technical expertise.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client workshops representing Instruments.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, sensors, measurement systems, or industrial automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai for client interactions.
