Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Digital Banking Officer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend banking operations, CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales, and office-based work. Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage to support diverse customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle digital banking processes and ensure smooth backend operations.
• Drive CASA acquisition and cross-sell digital banking products.
• Support customers with onboarding, account maintenance, and digital services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with banking policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages to build strong relationships.
• Contribute to branch / office-based banking initiatives and sales campaigns.
