Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover business prospects.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions and services.Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support client acquisition and retention.Reporting & Analysis
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and key metrics to management.Analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better results.Team Collaboration & Leadership (For AM / DM level)
Guide junior team members and support their development.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred for AM / DM).Proven track record of 3–8 years in business development, B2B / B2C sales, or client management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
