We are looking for a Performance Marketing Fresher who is sharp, analytical, and eager to learn how to run high-performing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, creativity, and problem-solving, and wants to build a strong foundation in digital advertising.
Responsibilites
- Assist in setting up Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries
- Research target audiences, interests, demographics, and competitor ads
- Write ad copies, headlines, hooks, and variations for testing
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce ad creatives
- Monitor daily performance metrics : CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS
- Prepare structured performance reports for clients and internal reviews
- Analyse campaigns to identify what worked, what didn’t, and why
- Help manage lead forms, landing page flows, and WhatsApp / CRM integrations
- Support optimisation tasks such as budgeting, audience refinement, and creative testing
- Maintain campaign sheets, naming conventions, and internal trackers
- Perform regular A / B tests and document outcomes for learning
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad trends, policies, and new features
- Follow Profitcast’s internal SOPs for campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and client communication
