Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Executive Fresher, based in Chennai. The role involves assisting in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, managing ad accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to improve results. The Performance Executive will also be responsible for collaborating with team members to implement marketing strategies and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, Campaign Management, and Ad Platforms
• Basic knowledge of Data Analysis and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Reporting, and presenting insights accurately
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines, learn new tools, and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience or certifications in digital marketing tools or techniques is a plus
