Role Description
Own the full acquisition engine across paid marketing, organic funnels, offline partnerships, and referral channels. Lead multi-layer teams, scale top-of-funnel, improve lead quality, drive experimentation, manage budgets, and partner with business teams to onboard new MFDs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Lead monthly planning, experimentation, creative testing, and channel expansion.
- Optimize the full marketing-to-empanelment funnel with acquisition teams.
- Improve lead quality, ICP clarity, scoring models, and conversion velocity.
- Expand offline acquisition via referral partners, affiliates, and influencers.
- Deliver strong analytics, reporting dashboards, and creative performance insights.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across CPL, CAC, and ROAS
