Experience : 10 - 12 Years in Enterprise Sales & Business Development ( B2B , Edtech , Institutional Sales )
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the B2B Enterprise Sales for Products & Services related to Impact Projects. This is an individual contributor role
Success in this role will be measured by the Impact of New Sales Revenue & Sign-ups
Be responsible for Sales Target of the Region
Upsell, forecasting and the customer experience delivered.
Build and maintain relationship with prospects, decision makers (Customer satisfaction)
End to End Sales Pipeline Expansion - Cold calling (in-person visit), Converting it to Prospect, Deal Closure, collection, customer support and ensure customer delight
Behavioral skills : Communication skills / team leading
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
10 - 12 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets.
Strong aptitude for cultivating positive and productive relationships with key external and internal partners and adept in verbal and written communication.

Always on the Flexible for Domestic travel in the Region, State as needed move – meet customer in person
B2B sales experience in Top Corporates Segment
Previous experience in CSR, ESG will be considered
