Job Title : Business Analyst

Job Location : HO, Chennai

Job Division : Business Excellence

Reports to : Chief Transformational Officer

Description :

To lead the strategic planning exercise with 3-5 year plans and business objectives

To support and ensure regular MIS from Finance, Procurement, HR, QEHS, Legal, etc

To lead the review cadence and ensure follow-up actions

To analyse management reports and come up with key risks and trends

To engage with external stakeholders like consultants, coaches, etc

Requirements :

Currently a part of Business Excellence function of a large organisation

Well versed in renewable energy industry with specific experience in managing Solar & Wind portfolio

Minimum of 8 years of experience

Masters Degree in a relevant field
