Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution :

Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives

Operational Efficiency :

Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Support the development and execution of company-wide processes and systems.

Project Management :

Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Ensure successful completion of projects through effective planning and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO.

Leadership Support :

Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.

Qualification :

MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or globally recognized institution.

Work Experience :

3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.

Prior experience in the SaaS Fintech industry is a plus.
