Role Overview :

The Chief of Staff will report directly to the Founder & CEO and act as a strategic partner, driving key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and operational excellence across the group. This role requires a high-caliber professional capable of influencing, planning, and executing strategic priorities across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, ensuring alignment across business priorities.

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and group-level projects.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across ExoTalent, LinkCxO, and LeadersEdge.

Prepare insights, analyses, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and identifying growth opportunities.

Manage special projects, board communications, and investor relations support as needed.

Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-company initiatives.

Assist in talent management and organizational development programs.
