One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founder scale the organization across the entire business including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.
Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the business
Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales / commercial focused
Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have clear owners
Lead company-wide initiatives
Drive revenue and capacity planning
Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards
Requirements
Someone with at least 2 to 4 years of experience
Someone excited about joining a 0 to 1 journey
An interest in getting deep into sales / commercial strategy
Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
