Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the senior sales or leadership team.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is confident in engaging with senior business leaders across regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads across targeted markets.
- Identify potential clients by researching industries, accounts, and key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
- Draft personalized outreach content (emails, messages, follow-ups) to improve response rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting setup targets.
- Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, outreach performance, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5–8 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT, SaaS, or professional services).Proven record of success in cold calling and outbound prospecting .Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially for international clients).Strong research and prospecting skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Crunchbase .Familiarity with CRM platforms and email automation tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.Comfortable interacting with CXO-level and senior decision-makers across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).Performance Metrics :
Number of qualified leads generated per month.Number of meetings scheduled for senior sales team.Conversion rate of leads to opportunities.Outreach effectiveness (calls, emails, response rate).CRM hygiene and data accuracy.Preferred Traits :
