Job Title : Dotnet Technical Manager / Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the development team to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.
• Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle — from planning to deployment.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage resource planning, task allocation, and performance reviews for the technical team.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and guide teams in root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and propose strategic technology upgrades.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth product releases.
