Job description

This role will include both hands-on development and technical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Actively participate in the design and development of new features for our solution
Provide technical guidance to developers and support their professional growth
Ensure code quality and enforce best practices
Collaborate with Product Owners and other Tech Leads to define priorities and technical evolutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the technical stack
Maintain and optimize SQL Server database performance
Technical Environment
Backend : C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET
Database : SQL Server
Development Tools : Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
DevOps : Azure DevOps, Azure Git
Cloud : Microsoft Azure – international deployment

Profile :

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in C# development

Excellent command of SQL Server , including performance tuning and management of complex databases

Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring

Familiarity with Agile environments

Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive

Good command of English
