Senior Director Enterprise Testing Services

Responsibilities :

• Lead strategy, direction, and drive excellence in Enterprise Testing Services.
• Govern all testing for global IT projects at PepsiCo and manage testing execution for managed service delivery.
• Define vision to build and deploy testing governance standards and maintain end-to-end quality dashboards.
• Build and manage the SAP Evergreen managed service.
• Strategize to increase automation adoption across IT, enabling DevSecOps.
• Plan and manage test resources (internal and external), providing training, mentoring, and education to ensure adherence to testing methodologies and PepsiCo standards.
• Manage global testing labs governed by ETS and oversee test environment management via managed service providers.
• Manage IT testing tools inventory, licensing, usage, and vendor relationships, including evaluation of new tools and training on existing tools.
• Establish automated testing frameworks across sectors and S&T capabilities.
