Key Responsibilities :
- Appointment & Joining Formalities :
- Handle the complete appointment and joining formalities for new hires.
- Ensure the timely preparation and issuance of appointment letters and related documentation.
- Coordination with Recruitment Vendors :
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure timely sourcing and closures for hiring needs.
- Employee Record Management :
- Maintain and update employee records both in the HRMS and physical files.
- Onboarding & Induction :
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the company.
- Manage induction sessions and ensure new hires have all necessary information to start their role.
- HR Operations & Compliance Support :
- Act as the point of contact between HR and other departments for coordination and communication.
- Assist in background verification, documentation checks, and compliance-related tasks.
- Employee Queries :
- Address employee queries related to joining, documentation, and HR policies.
Key Skills Required :
