Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and drive HR strategy aligned with business goals. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Talent Acquisition : Oversee recruitment for technical, project, and support functions. Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
- Policy & Compliance : Formulate, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks. Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, RERA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Performance Management : Institutionalize performance appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and development plans for continuous employee growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture : Design initiatives that build a strong performance-driven culture across all levels. Manage grievances, internal communications, and workplace discipline.
- HR Operations & Payroll : Oversee end-to-end payroll, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and attendance systems (including for site-based manpower).
- HRMS / ERP : Work with ERP / HRMS tools for automated HR workflows. Collaborate with IT for system optimization.
- Training & Development : Drive learning agendas across departments technical, behavioral, and leadership. Ensure statutory training (POSH, EHS) is conducted.
Candidate Profile
Postgraduate Degree in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (MBA or equivalent).Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 10 years in Real Estate (Residential / Infrastructure) .Strong understanding of site-based manpower challenges, contractor labor handling, and compliance.Experience working with growing organizations and scaling HR functions.Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Preferred Qualities
