Job Title : HR Recruiter – Hardcore Talent Acquisition (Real Estate)
Location : Andheri east Experience : 2–5 years (real estate or high-volume recruitment preferred)
Key Responsibilities : Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle : from sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews to offer rollouts
Maintain a daily pipeline of quality candidates for real estate sales and field roles.
Close open positions within deadlines by working under pressure and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews, filter out non-relevant profiles, and coordinate with department heads for further interviews.
Maintain and update MIS / recruitment trackers on a daily / weekly basis. Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and attend recruitment drives or mass hiring events if needed.
Handle offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and reduce no-show / dropout rates.
Key Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of hardcore recruitment experience, preferably in real estate
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Strong in candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and closing.
Must be proactive, target-oriented, and ready to hustle.
Knowledge of ATS or recruitment tracking tools is a plus.
