We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 7 years of experience in the construction equipment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR and will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including performance management, organizational change, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management : Drive and manage the performance appraisal process to ensure employee performance is aligned with business goals.
- Organizational Change Initiatives : Support and lead change management efforts to help the organization adapt to new strategies and processes.
- HR Projects : Manage and implement various HR-related projects, from process improvement to system implementation.
- Compensation & Benefits : Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in compliance with company policies.
- Employee Engagement : Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
Skills Required
Experience : Minimum of 7 years in an HRBP role, with experience in the construction equipment manufacturing OEM industry.Qualification : MBA (HR) .Proficiency in Performance Management systems and processes .Experience in leading and supporting Organizational Change Initiatives .Strong project management skills for various HR projects.Knowledge of Compensation & Benefit structures.Proven ability to drive Employee Engagement and talent acquisition strategies.Skills Required
