About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for :

Sourcing and identifying top talent
Evaluating and assessing candidate fitment
Coordinating interviews and monitoring hiring progress
Maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking closure reports
Building strong professional networks for future opportunities

The ideal candidate will possess :

1–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with popular job portals

A driven, target-oriented, and process-driven approach
