Collaborate with recruitment teams for smooth delivery of client requirements. Maintain competitor analysis and track industry hiring trends. Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets. Strong client network in Non-IT industries. Proven experience in staffing / recruitment sales. Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. Knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and workforce needs. Graduate / MBA (Marketing / HR preferred). 4–8 years in recruitment business development (Non-IT domain).

- Should be able to generate new clients within the first 30 days of joining.
- Immediate market connections & industry network preferred.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our Non-IT recruitment services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients across manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, automobile, logistics, and other industries, while building strong long-term client relationships.
