Business Development Manager IT Staffing Sales (Contract Role)

📍 Location : India | ⏳ Contract : 6 months (with strong possibility of extension up to 1 year)

We are expanding our presence in India and seeking a go-getter with a hunter mindset who thrives on building new client relationships and driving business growth. If you are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and IT staffing solutions, this is your chance to accelerate your career with us!

What You will Do :

  • Leverage your hunter DNA to successfully open and grow new client accounts.
  • Utilize your existing network with decision-makers in IT services, product, or enterprise clients.
  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement, and Hiring Managers .
  • Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets .

  • Proven track record in IT staffing sales or business development .
  • Strong network across IT services, product companies, or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
