Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage program-level content and data on all websites, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct surveys, polls, and other community engagement initiatives.
• Generate data for new business initiatives in Space and AI.
• Generate and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Compile and analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
