▷ Urgent : Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Objective :

A key objective of this position is to provide efficient and comprehensive HR process support, employee data management, benefits administration, HR reporting, employee relations assistance, HR technology management, and vendor coordination to enhance operational efficiency, maintain accurate employee records, and foster a positive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Degree in human resources with at least 6 to 8 years of experience, with at least 4-6 of those years spent managing compensation & benefit activities.
• HR Process Specialist : Develop, implement, and maintain HR processes. Strong communication skills.
• Employee Data Administrator : Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Tech-savvy and organized.
• Benefits & Payroll Coordinator : Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Collaborative and detail-oriented.
• HR Reporting Analyst : Generate and analyse HR metrics. Data-driven and skilled in communication.
• Employee Relations Specialist : Resolve issues and grievances. Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
