HR Executive / HR Specialist
to support our domestic and international HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Domestic & International – EMEA, Thailand & Brunei)
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
across multiple geographies.
Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners for timely closures.
Source, screen, and interview candidates as per business requirements.
Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless joining experience.
Maintain applicant tracking and communication through
Zoho Recruit ATS .
Background Verification & Vendor Coordination
Handle the complete
background verification process
post onboarding.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure verifications are completed within defined timelines.
Ensure all background checks are initiated
immediately upon joining
as per TAT standards.
MIS & Dashboards
Must have hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel
— this is a non-negotiable requirement.
Prepare monthly and quarterly
HR and Recruitment Dashboards
and presentations.
Maintain accurate MIS reports on recruitment metrics, hiring status, and turnaround time (TAT).
Provide timely data insights and analytics for
leadership reviews
and audits.
Employee Engagement Activities
Plan and execute
employee engagement initiatives
across teams and locations.
Organize team-building activities and engagement events to enhance employee morale.
Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and recognition.
Employee Connects & Query Resolution
Conduct regular
employee connect sessions
to strengthen communication.
Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally and promptly.
Maintain healthy employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
Draft and manage official documents such as requested by different Team, client-requested HR documents, and other employee correspondence.
Support internal and external
HR audits
by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
Ensure HR processes adhere to
Eventus Security’s internal policies
and statutory requirements.
Job Specifications
Experience :
3–6 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or Security domain).
Education :
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Functional Skills :
Advanced Excel (mandatory)
Zoho Recruit / HRMS tools proficiency
PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and timelines
Preferred : Exposure to
global recruitment
and cross-country HR operations (EMEA / SEA regions).
