We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for customers after their booking. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business. Your responsibilities will range from handling documentation and payments to coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management : You will act as the single point of contact for customers, handling all their needs after a booking is made. This includes managing documentation, sending payment reminders, and providing regular updates.
- Issue Resolution : A key part of your role is to promptly follow up on all customer queries and complaints, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Internal Coordination : You will coordinate with various internal teams to manage pending approvals and handovers, ensuring a smooth process for the customer.
- Relationship Building : You are expected to build long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to foster loyalty that leads to repeat business.
