Job description

Key Deliverables

  • Own the complete adoption lifecycle for Cisco software solutions
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer needs and deliver adoption success plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and customer success
  • Deliver Quarterly Success Reviews and customer reports

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, focusing on adoption and value realization
  • Identify and mitigate adoption barriers to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Work with National Account Managers on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Use analytics to track customer success metrics and demonstrate product value
