Inside Sales Executive – Recruitment Services
Sone India is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our recruitment services. This remote position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships by identifying potential business leads, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service presentations.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements :
Strong sales and communication skills.Knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry.Excellent relationship-building and client-handling capabilities.Confidence in cold calling and presenting services.Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goals.Proficiency in preparing proposals, emails, and basic contract documentation.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.Skills Required
