Job Title : Enterprise Sales Lead

Compensation :

Up to ₹15L + Incentives

Reports to : CEO & Founder

Location : Bangalore

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience :

Minimum 5 years (Ideal : 7–8 years)

We’re building new enterprise-grade AI skilling and talent solutions, and we need someone who can open doors , pitch with clarity , follow up with discipline , and close deals .

You don’t need to have staffing or enterprise skilling experience.

But you must be exceptional at :

Persuading

Storytelling

Building trust quickly

This is a pure sales and closing role.

What You Will Drive

1️⃣

Enterprise Outreach

Identify, reach out to, and engage leaders across GCCs, Fortune 500s, unicorns, and strong engineering-led companies.

Use LinkedIn heavily — outreach, content, engagement, follow-ups, and prospecting.

2️⃣

First Meetings & Discovery

Run sharp, founder-style conversations with prospects.

Understand org structures, decision-making patterns, and business needs.

Communicate our value proposition in a simple, powerful narrative.

3️⃣

Enterprise Pitching & Solutioning

Present our AI skilling and AI talent models confidently.

Tailor pitches depending on whether the client is enterprise, GCC, unicorn, or a mid-size engineering team.

4️⃣

Follow-Ups & Closures

⚡ Maintain high urgency.

Be relentless with reminders, nudges, next steps, and relationship building.

Move deals from conversation → proposal → negotiation → close.

5️⃣

Work Directly With the Founder

You will work very closely with Raghav on prospecting, narrative building, and enterprise conversations.

️ You will be part of the early enterprise leadership build-out of Futurense.

You should be the kind of person who gets energy from deals moving forward.

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 years of sales experience (non-negotiable).

Ideally 7–8 years in high-intensity sales roles.

Industry background is flexible — consulting, SaaS, HR tech, edtech, enterprise sales, etc.
