Sales & Business Development Role - IT Services

About the part of our growth team, youll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, leveraging your network, and positioning Datamatics IT & Digital offerings across target industries. Youll work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to achieve sales goals and shape long-term customer relationships.

Key Develop an in-depth understanding of Datamatics offerings and value proposition.

• Leverage your network and industry connections to generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers for IT & Digital services.
• Handle and mentor a team to achieve collective sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Understand the customer buying cycle and strategically drive new logo acquisition especially Must Have Accounts (MHA).
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, networking, and pitching to negotiation and closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Identify and map business strengths and align them with customer needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience : 10-15 years overall in sales and business development.
