We are looking for 3+ years experienced Inside Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports
Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone / visit
Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
Providing Quotation to the partners & Maintaining their Database
Managing Service Related issues / Closure with support from concerned service team
Monitoring Client Accounts to ensure accuracy and Timelines of Projects.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Arrange meetings with potential customers for new business
Responsible for driving productivity for Enterprise Archival, Mailing and Communication.
Providing after sales service support and coordination with the operation team for Improving customer satisfaction
Develop positive working relationship with associates / consultants and partners to build Business
Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by HOD
