Field Sales Manager (Urgent Search)

Based in Vasai, the company operates out of a 75,000 sqft space with in-house capabilities for production, design, storage, and quality checks. With an extensive product range including playground equipment and roto-molded products (LLDPE), Fun Play Systems has successfully installed over 75,000 units across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, liaising with the production team for order fulfillment, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy Development
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience in market research and sales forecasting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the play equipment or related industry is a plus
