Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, liaising with the production team for order fulfillment, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy Development
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience in market research and sales forecasting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the play equipment or related industry is a plus
