Field Sales Executives
for one of our client who thrive in a dynamic, on-the-ground role, driving sales, market penetration, and customer engagement across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads via field visits, cold calling & networking
Explain EV product benefits to individuals, businesses & fleet operators
Drive sales closures and meet monthly targets
Maintain customer relationships & ensure post-sales support
Provide market insights, competitor intel & customer feedback
Represent the brand at roadshows, events & exhibitions
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
Candidate Profile : Experience :
1–3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sectors preferred)
Education :
Graduate in Business, Marketing or related fields
Strong communication skills in
Kannada & Hindi ; English preferred
Own a valid two-wheeler license
(Company vehicle provided for field visits)
Self-motivated, well-groomed, and confident in high-value sales interactions
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus
