Head of Marketing I B2B SAAS I Series A Startup (Immediate Start)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced yet hands-on and ready-to-experiment marketing maverick who can help us break into the top 300 accounts in a few targeted sectors. You’ll partner with our SDRs and the field sales team get SQLs and orchestrate multi-stakeholder demos that convert. You'll own our marketing strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• You build and run the marketing function that takes company from $3M to $10M and beyond. This is core account-based marketing : you’ll develop and execute multi-touch campaigns to get our prospects to engage.
• Equip and partner with our SDRs and field sales to hunt down decision-makers at target accounts by any means necessary - networking, emails, social media, events, direct mail, walk-ins, cold calls, etc.
• Build our market credibility by leveraging our existing customer base gracefully. Own compelling ROI case studies, clear messaging, industry awards, customer testimonials, G2 ratings, etc.
• Build our thought leadership by turning everyday customer interactions and internal insights into powerful content that showcases organization's depth and relevance.
• Lead a growing marketing team including content operations, distribution specialists, and external partners. This role may also potentially lead the SDR team and own the lead generation KPIs.
