Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining insurance products, and closing sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Promote and sell various insurance products (life, health, etc.) as per customer needs
• Conduct meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Meet daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
• Participate in on-ground promotional campaigns and customer outreach programs
• Stay updated on insurance product knowledge and competitor offerings
