ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Customers
- Technical Upgradation of sales team in assigned geography.
- Keeping himself updated with latest technical development in dairy industry and developing internal competencies to provide customer support.
- Maximizing Reach : Leveraging technical knowledge of team.
- Acting as a bridge between Sales & Operation team.
- Close co-ordination with Marketing function for supporting marketing strategies & Campaigns
External Customers- Dairy Farming / Government institution / Vet Colleges / Research Institutes / Dairy Cooperatives / State livestock boards etc.
Imparting Training to Vets & other stockholders in GOI Business & other institutionsProviding technical services to customers in assigned geography (On-site and off-site support)Leading customers meeting on relevant topics with an objective to become partner of choice.Handling Test queries / complaints and giving feedback to Lab Ops.Nurturing scientific relations with Academic / Research institutionsRepresenting PathVets in scientific deliberations / seminars etcAdministration
Ensure all required documentation and reports are completedMaintain accurate records of farm visits and ensure that follow-up to customer requests are completed on scheduleAttend PathVets, dairy Industry Meeting / SeminarsSkills Required
