The Field Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and engage with clients to understand their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the field.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and provide updates on products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in a field role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with the Indian market and understanding of local business practices.Skills Required
