Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding journey.
- Conduct engaging product walkthroughs that clearly explain platform features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Coordinate closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired customers.
- Provide technical guidance on WhatsApp API usage, integration steps, and related setup processes.
- Assist customers in configuring their accounts and navigating core platform functionalities.
- Address and resolve customer queries or issues that arise during the onboarding phase.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team to support ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support customers effectively.Experience with WhatsApp API, marketing automation tools, or similar technologies.Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and informative product demonstrations.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.Prior experience in customer onboarding or customer support is an advantage.Skills : Customer Onboarding
