Role :
Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
Product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
Handle escalations
Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
Requirements : C1 English
