About the Role -
What You'll Do -
1.Learn the Dezerv Way -
a. Undergo a 2-month training program that builds strong foundations in financial products, client communication, and portfolio management.
b. Shadow experienced Client Growth Partners to understand client engagement, advisory, and AUM growth strategies.
2.Client Engagement & Relationship Building -
a. Support client partners in managing relationships with HNI clients, understanding their investment needs, and helping them navigate portfolio insights.
b. Participate in client calls, portfolio reviews, and discussions to build your understanding of wealth management dynamics.
3.Drive Growth -
a. Assist in identifying client opportunities for additional investments and ensure consistent engagement through periodic reviews and digital touchpoints.
b. Contribute to the team's efforts in improving client experience, retention, and wallet share.
4.Collaborate Cross-Functionally -
a. Work closely with internal teams such as Onboarding, Investments, and Product to ensure smooth client journeys and high satisfaction levels.
