We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for a high-performing global investment and technology-driven organization. This role will play a critical part in scaling the business by attracting and hiring top talent across research, data science, technology, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical, research, and corporate talent in a competitive market.
- Build strong candidate pipelines by engaging with universities, professional networks, and industry associations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from employer branding and candidate engagement to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment priorities with business objectives.
- Support HR initiatives including employee programs, payroll coordination, and benefits administration as needed.
Key Requirements
