The Recruiters are primarily responsible for overseeing the requirements from the business and sourcing new candidates. Recruiters should have an understanding of all levels of the full life cycle of recruitment and take full accountability for the requirements.

Job Description :
The Recruiter collaborates with senior recruiting management in designing and driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market, all the while ensuring their alignment with industry best practices.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards / colleges, etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, campus, etc.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
